House-made and locally sourced. Japanese inspired.

Not your normal packaged ramen.

You won’t find any artificial preservatives, additives, or random chemicals you can’t pronounce in any of our ramen kits. All of our kits are made fresh and are never frozen.

Wherever possible, we make our menu items from scratch and in-house. This includes all of our broths (pork, chicken, duck, and vegetable), our tares, oils, eggs, chashu, and noodles. This way, we can develop and test each individual component to make sure it’s the best fit for that particular ramen kit.

Ramen for here, from here.

One of the main pillars of Japanese ramen is regionality. It has always been one of our objectives to be ‘as local as possible’ when sourcing ingredients for our ramen kits. We’re fortunate here in the Fraser Valley that we can source all of our meats, poultry, produce, and even flour from local suppliers. And this, of course, has a direct influence on the types of recipes we craft — ramen for here, from here.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a question that you don’t see answered here, Contact us and we’ll do our best to help you out!

How do I order a kit?

Thanks for your interest in Lastlight Ramen! Currently, we only sell our kits on a pre-order basis, with a 1-week production lead time from the pre-order date. When a pre-order is announced, you can order right here on our website! Be sure to follow us on Instagram and keep an eye on our Stories as that’s where we announce our kit pre-orders.

Where do I pick-up my ramen kit order?

During the checkout process, we will give you the option to select the pick-up location that is the most convenient for you. Currently, we offer 2 pick-up locations: 1 in Abbotsford and 1 in Chilliwack. The exact address for your chosen pick-up location will be emailed to you after your order is processed.

What equipment do I need to prepare my ramen kit?

All you really need is a medium-sized pot, a strainer, scissors or a knife to cut open the packaged items, and a bowl to serve it in! From start-to-finish, the whole process takes less than 10 minutes.

Where are the instructions for my ramen kit?

We recently transitioned from including paper instructions in every kit to digital PDF instructions. You will find the link in the e-receipt email you received right after placing your ramen kit order.

If you’re having trouble finding this email, or need us to send you the instructions for whatever reason, feel free to reach out!

How many people can one ramen kit feed?

We portion our kits out with the expectation that one kit will feed one person. But, sharing is caring — if you did want to share your kit with a friend or loved-one, we won’t tell!

How long do your kits last?

For the best experience, we always recommend that you prepare and enjoy your ramen kit as soon as possible after picking it up — but, it will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days and still be great!

Can I freeze your ramen kits?

Due to the nature of the fresh ingredients and toppings used within the kits, we do not recommend freezing the kits.

Is your packaging recyclable?

As of right now, only the cups are recyclable; however, we are always working towards sourcing newer and more sustainable packaging methods!

Hungry yet?

Our ramen kits are freshly made with high-quality, local ingredients and are a quick, fun, and easy way to satisfy your ramen cravings — right from the comfort of your own home.
