Our Story

Sharing our love of ramen.

After visiting Japan for the first time in 2019, we became obsessed with learning about the dish and trying to satisfy our own cravings for those magical slurps.

After months and months of experimenting back at home (and many, many…not so great…bowls of ramen), we had finally nailed down some recipes that we were proud of and thought were worthy of sharing. And from that, Lastlight Ramen was born.

Now, with our DIY Ramen Kits, we hope to give you a quick, easy, and fun way to join us in our journey — all from the comfort of your own home.
