Miso Tori Paitan Ramen Kit

Say hello to our Miso Tori Paitan Ramen Kit! This kit uses a special blend of 3 types of Japanese miso paste combined with our creamy chicken broth to make for an ultra-rich and velvety soup packed with umami.

Each kit comes complete with our own handmade thin noodles, torched pork belly chashu, marinated egg (ajitama), green onions, and spicy roasted corn. Then, control the spice level of your soup by adding as little (or as much!) of our in-house chili oil (also included with the kit) as you want!
